The Wembley Point Business Centre, London

Creating a suite of managed offices - totalling 8400sq ft - within a landmark building in NW London.

Our task:

• Managing the complete project from brief to hand-over
• Initiating and controlling a capital expenditure budget of £250,000
• Space planning and interior design
• Installation of management systems
• Sourcing of all equipment, fittings, furniture and communications systems.

Rowlandson House Business Centre, Finchley, London

Creating new serviced office premises of 12,000sq ft over three floors in North London.

The task:

• Managing the complete project from brief to hand-over
• Lease negotiation and acquisition
• Space planning and layout proposals
• Preparing proposal documents to obtain external funding of £150,000 for fit-out
• Sourcing of all equipment, fittings, furniture and communications systems.

Trafalgar House, Mill Hill, London

Advancing from an original brief to create conventional office space within an old watch factory of 25,000sq ft to a new brief to create a 100-unit, three-storey business centre.

The task:

• Managing a capital budget of £1.8m
